If you are currently impacted, we recommend enabling Call Continuity in Enterprise Hub > My Tenants > Select Tenant > Settings > Call Continuity.
Once on the Call Continuity page, please double-check your call continuity phone number, and then flip on the toggle in order to forward calls off of Contact Center Pro and directly to an answering service, backup phone system, and/or cell phone.
