On the night of Friday, April 28th we encountered an issue in which a segment of our users were not able to access ServiceTitan, and would receive a blank page or 404 errors when attempting to login. We quickly resolved the issue, but a hard refresh may be required in order to restore full functionality.

To perform a hard refresh: press Ctrl+F5 (Windows users) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac users) while visiting the affected page.
