Investigating - We are currently working to address intermittent stability issues that are impacting some Contact Center Pro users where users may not be able to close and classify calls, loading customer pages, spinning wheel. Calls are continuing to connect successfully.

Resolved - We have resolved an issue that occurred from 6:04am PST - 6:45am PST for Contact Center Pro. During this period CCPro customers would have experienced intermittent stability issues. At this time, this has been completely resolved, but our engineers continue to monitor the platform closely.
